Twilight Tour and Healing Sound Bath at Frank Lloyd Wright's Martin House

Join Megan Callahan, founder of Heart Song Healing and Sara Rodriguez aka Saranaide for the return of our popular sound healing offering at Frank Lloyd Wright's Martin House.

These are intense times on the planet, and many people are tired and weary, their nervous systems in need of deep rest and tending. Sound has a tremendous effect on the central nervous system, helping it to unwind and facilitating healing. Let the acoustics of the crystal bowls, drums, chimes, and vocals, along with the gorgeous backdrop of the Martin House help you ground as we move into spring.

This special workshop will feature a meditative tour of the Martin House, followed by a full sound bath, with some gentle stretching and a deep restorative meditation. After time to relax and go inward, participants will close the evening with a cup of tea and a snack. 

Please wear layers and bring a mat, a blanket and a pillow, and anything else you need to be warm and comfortable for the duration of the sound bath and practice. If you have an eye mask, consider bringing that as well. This is a trauma informed and inclusive environment. Cleaning protocol is in place for facilities in use.

This entire event takes place within the Martin House.
